In Year 2024, a customer from Guangdong province, Mr Chen, who is a professional purchase agency for paper customer in Argentina market, they found us, and want a solution for plotter paper, kraft paper, sublimation paper.
Because for this customer, in the past years, the machine they used to rewind have many problems as bellow. The photo below is the problem they faced often.And the other problem is rewinding efficiency is low. Raloyal have double shaft rewinder machine, which can rewinder material without stop. Autoatic fly cut, auto push, and also film packing etc. Unwind roll diameter can reach 1500mm, the max rewind roll diameter can be even up to 400mm . Machine have automatic tension control by PLC, which is much matured technology, can solve the problem of this Argentinan customer perfectly. They are very interesting after the solution providing. And we showed our case which made before for customer of Bulgaria, this have increased the confidence for this rewinder machine. And on Nov of 2024 , they paid a visit to our factory to check machine more closly, on Dec of 2024, the order is concuded smoothly as the others. The macine standard function is: Turret rewind, automatic fly cut. Option function is: Auto push and film packing. Mr Chen also added the optional function. And after this set machine, the 2nd set same type rewinder machine was confirmed by another Argentian customer, this machine was puchased by ruian trading company. believe this customer must be affected by Mr Chen's customer.
