Before delivery, Raloyal packs the machine as:
Foam + 4 sides paper board + stretch film packing as the outer layer.

The machine bottom will use wooden pallet fixing.

After the machine is loaded in the container, we will fix it by the safety belt to strengthen it tightly. This assures the machine is safe soundly during the transport.

The Raloyal team who is in charge of the machine loading, should fill in the inspection files to ensure each item meets demand.

After Delivery, Raloyal will provide customers: Installation video, Manual, Material feeding diagram, Electric and air diagram.

Creates a WeChat group, if the customer operator faces any questions about the operation, they can leave a message, and our service technician will reply. If the customer needs, Raloyal will dispatch a service technician to the customer's factory for the machine running and training.

On 19th September 2024, a Japanese-owned printing enterprise in the Philippines contacted us to purchase a high-cost-performance and stable slitter, capable of slitting 450gsm Claycote board with a rewinding diameter of 1200mm. Our POWER slitter perfectly matched their requirements. The customer had a bad experience purchasing Chinese equipment before, which left them with great concerns about Chinese equipment.

We sent real-scene detailed photos of our POWER slitter, highlighting its core structure that meets their needs, which was highly recognized by the customer. After two months of in-depth technical communication, the customer formally signed the purchase contract in November 2024.

After delivery, the equipment operated stably with precise slitting, perfectly meeting the customer’s production needs. Only half a year later (May 2025), the customer purchased another Raloyal slitter and proactively shared photos of the equipment in operation at their factory!

The first time for XPERT SERIES Fully Automatic High Speed Slitting Machine showing in public is on the LABELEXPO ASIA 2019 SHANGHAI, though the first time showing, it attracted most visitors' eyes.
The bright color, the tall and straight body, plus the perfect slitting and rewinding effect, make the vistors stop by and come in our stand. Our customer from Pakistan at that time found us and our slitter machine, we left each other name card, they asked us to send quote before leaving, the price also satisfied them much and they dispatched their representative in China office to make trial and discuss after the exhibition, which is closer for the deal conclusion.

The covid-19 suddenly came and disrupted the whole plan, but it does not stop the determination of our Pakistan customer to buy the HCH3 slitter.
So client firmly place the order to us on April of 2021, which shows the strongly trust for the future of our slitter slitting. Now the machine is in running in our customer factory and now they plan the next one. The dialogue below for your reference.

By now, the machine HCH3-B series machine have sold more than 30 sets both in overseas market and China domestic market. There is a good news we want to share is: we will launch the updated version –600m/min type very soon, stay tuned!
