MURTRA NONWOVENS-TEFISA, a leading European manufacturer of high-end specialty nonwoven fabrics, specializes in chemically bonded nonwovens and spunlace nonwovens. Its materials are widely applied in automotive acoustic & thermal insulation, medical wound dressings and disposable healthcare supplies, industrial liquid filtration, cosmetic wipe substrates, as well as biodegradable materials for construction, wood panel and agricultural applications.
During the Labelexport Spain Exhibition in September 2025, the technical team of MURTRA NONWOVENS-TEFISA visited our booth and highly recognized Raloyal’s professional slitting technology and equipment performance. Shortly after the exhibition, Sergio, the company’s Cost & Process Engineer, initiated an official inquiry for a professional nonwoven slitter machine.
We responded promptly and conducted in-depth technical communication to clarify their actual production requirements. Through multiple rounds of professional email discussions, we confirmed MURTRA’s core demands for the new slitter: premium quality, precise slitting accuracy, and high operational automation — the exact technical advantages that Raloyal CORE series slitters are designed and developed for.
We delivered a formal, detailed quotation with competitive and reasonable pricing. Notably, Sergio raised no objections to the quoted price, fully verifying the cost-performance advantage of Raloyal equipment in the high-end nonwoven processing field.
As a rigorous European manufacturing enterprise with strict quality standards, MURTRA arranged an on-site material test as the final validation of machine performance. We fully understand and respect their professional rigorousness in quality control.
Coincidentally, we had a brand-newCORE 1600 slitter in stock, originally customized for one of Mexico’s top insulation material manufacturers and not yet delivered. After receiving the nonwoven material samples sent by MURTRA via air freight, we immediately arranged a full-process simulation test in our workshop.

The final slitting quality fully met their high-precision production standards and completely matched their expected processing effect.
