Raloyal Successfully Concludes 2026 Planning Meeting
Last week, Raloyal planned its work for 2026 based on a summary of production, sales, and customer feedback from 2025.,With a clear focus on one core objective: enhancing machine quality, performance, and overall reliability.
During the meeting, Raloyal conducted a comprehensive review of its work over the past year, covering procurement, production, technology development, sales, and after-sales service. Based on real operating experience, areas requiring improvement were clearly identified, while effective practices were reinforced and further strengthened.
Procurement: Raloyal will improve its component sourcing and inventory management system to ensure timely material preparation and stable supply.
Production: Production processes have been reviewed and optimized to shorten delivery time, refine machine details, and strengthen final inspection standards. Every machine will leave the factory with optimal performance, perfect details, and secure packaging.
Technology: Machine performance will be further enhanced. A key upgrade is the TOP A series high-speed slitting machine, whose maximum speed will increase from 400 m/min to 500 m/min, XPERT series fully automatic high speed slitting machine, whose maximum speed will increase from 500 m/min to 600 m/min , requiring stricter control over manufacturing standards and quality inspection.
Sales: Technical training and assessment for the sales team will be strengthened, enabling them to provide more professional, solution-oriented support to customers.
After-sales service: Management members will be included in after-sales service groups to ensure faster response times and more effective problem resolution.
